Puget Neighborhood

What You’ll Fall in Love With.

Puget is one of Bellingham’s most diverse neighborhoods. The neighborhood is home to Civic Feild, which includes an aquatics center, football field, baseball field, ice skating rink, outdoor BMX park, wetlands park, and walking trails.

Market.

Prices in this neighborhood vary wildly from a $50,000 manufactured home in the Lakeway Mobile Estates Park to a $1.3 million custom home atop Puget Hill. The commercial market in the neighborhood went through its own boom when in 2016 Whole Foods decided to open a location in the Lakeway Center.

What to Expect.

Predominately single-family neighborhood with pockets of multifamily residences, a large mobile home park, a commercial node at Lakeway Center, the Civic Field public recreational complex which serves the entire city, and considerable industrial development along Whatcom Creek at the north end of the neighborhood.

Real Talk.

The Puget neighborhood is a very active neighborhood with many of its fairways getting plenty of traffic throughout the day.
